Virtual appointments are available for most services.
Episodic Care
Colds, flu, infections, UTIs, skin rashes, allergic reactions, minor injuries like sprains and burns, chronic condition flare-ups, and prescription refills. These are the day-to-day health concerns that do not require an emergency room but do require a qualified provider.
Sick Notes
Professional documentation for work or school absences. Available in-person or by virtual appointment. Most sick note visits are straightforward, but I still take the time to make sure nothing else is going on and there’s no need to sit in a crowded clinic waiting room for something like this.
Insurance Forms
If your insurance company requires medical documentation to approve a treatment or prescription, I can provide the clinical justification. This includes prior authorization forms and detailed medical letters.
Medical Director
For businesses or practitioners who need medical oversight or a consulting relationship with a licensed nurse practitioner. This includes but is not limited to other medical aesthetics providers and nurse injectors.

No. This is a private-pay service. OHIP does not cover nurse practitioner-led episodic care outside of OHIP-funded clinics.

Yes. In Ontario, nurse practitioners have full prescribing authority. I can prescribe antibiotics, manage chronic conditions, order lab work, interpret results, and refer to specialists when needed.

I do not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, go to your nearest emergency department. For non-emergency health concerns, I can help with most of the same things your family doctor handles.
